Jack Benzie, PhD
Jack Benzie is the Principal Consultant at LUNAR Consulting LLC, and a certified Profit Acceleration Coach. He has 13 years of experience as an executive coach, 20 years of top-level leadership experience running facilities for the United States Navy and Marine Corps, 12 years of experience running a family-owned residential care business and 10 years of leadership experience as a U.S. Naval Officer. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Administration from National University and a PhD in Business Leadership. He is a member of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce and has served on the city of Sedona’s budget advisory board.
Over the course of his multifaceted career, Jack has guided organizations through strategic transitions, skillfully blending operational discipline with a deep commitment to personal growth for his clients and teams. His approach to leadership is rooted in fostering collaborative environments and nurturing the potential of those around him, whether in high-stakes military settings or in the intimate sphere of family-run enterprises.
